Frequently Asked Questions about Private Labeling

Q. What can be private labeled?

A. NHS can private label most any nutritional supplement. We can also private label custom formulations.

Q. How much does private labeling cost?

A. Our instock pricing starts at 60 bottles with price breaks at 120, 250, 500 and 1000 bottles. Please ask for our instock Private Label Price sheet. If you don't find what you are looking for in our instock products , we can formulate products to your specification. Most custom-formulations orders range from $2.90 to $4.50 per bottle. This requires a 500- 1000 bottle minimum.

NHS can accommodate larger or smaller quantities per bottle. Your final price will include the supplement, bottle, cap, liner, seal, label application, and packaging. Pricing does not include house labels, or the cost for custom labels. You may either provide NHS with your label, which we will apply at no charge, or NHS will have your custom label designed and printed.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. It takes 10-14 days for in-stock items and 2 -weeks to complete custom-formulation orders.

Q. What is the minimum order?

A. NHS requires 60 bottles for our instock private label program.Some items start at 125 bottles.

Q. What do I need to do to get started?

A. First decide if you want to use our Instock Private Label Program, Wholesale or Custom Formulating Programs. Ask for our free instock catalog and pricing. If you are custom formulating, please provide us your formula, and or we can help formulate the product for you.

Q. What are your are wholesale products?

A. Our sample - wholesale products are available with a minimum of 1 bottle, these products are provided with NHS LABS Stock label. Keep in mind you can private label these products ,with a minimum of 60 bottles.Please visit our wholesale page to view products and pricing.

Q. How much do you charge for labels?

A.Please visit our label page for pricing of both custom and stock labels.

Q. Do you provide drop-shipping?

A. We do offer this via a local Fulfillment Service. They will pick up your product directly from our facility at no charge in most cases, and fulfill as requested based on there current rates.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we distribute products all over the world.Please advise NHS on the paperwork required for importing to your country, each country is different.

Q. Can we change the number of tablets and or capsules on your instock products?

A. Yes, we can do this, we require 250 bottles to change the bottle count

Q.. Can we supply our own materials?

A.Yes. In order to do this, each material needs to be tested for conformity based on new FDA GMP Guidelines. Also, a Certificate of Analysis must be approved for use in our formulations, and a sample sent ahead of time to confirm density and test method.
